If your mouthguard does not provide the perfect fit or if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a streamlined return and adjustment process within 30 days of receipt.
Initial Fit Assessment
Try on your custom mouthguard upon arrival to check for comfort and retention; if there are minor pressure points, most can be resolved with a simple adjustment.
Contact Support
If the fit is not correct, email our team with your order number and photos of the fit issues so our dental technicians can evaluate the best course of action.
Request a Refit Kit
In cases where a new impression is required, we will ship a complimentary replacement impression kit to ensure we capture a more accurate mold of your teeth.
Return and Remake
Send your original mouthguard and new impressions back to our lab using the provided return label, and we will prioritize the creation of your corrected guard.
